Achieving Expectations is a behavioral health agency founded in 2017 by Meghan Mitchell. Meghan, a BCBA since 2010 has over 12 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Finding herself wanting to accomplish a few key goals within the industry, her agency has been centered around those values ever since, and continues to be exemplified by her team members. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
The pillars of clinical competence and ethical actions drive Achieving Expectations to focus on each employee, family or individual as unique and valuable. We provide ABA services for you or your loved one, suited for your unique and specific needs.

Behavior Therapy
Having trouble managing your child's day to day behavior? Is there something specific you would like to work on? We can help, and work based on your child's unique needs.

Toilet Training
We can work with your child on eliminating diapers and pullups and becoming more independent in all areas of potty training including undressing and redressing, wiping, and hand washing. Working with the famly, we can set up a plan to help your child be successful without creating a stressful situation for the family.

Homework Help
Is your child struggling to complete homework or tasks sent home from school? We can assist in creating a plan to have your child working independently at the table while you do other tasks and take the stress out of ths situation.

Creating Schedules
to assist Independence
Do you have to constantly nag and follow behind your child in the morning to have them get ready for the day? Do they need you to chase them in order to get ready for bed? We can help by creating a behavior plan and schedule with consistent reinforcement for completing the steps by themselves, all while giving you your time back.

Independent Play
Is your child having trouble playing alone? Are they constantly interrupting you and are unable to maintain play for more than 2 minutes before coming to find you? We can create a plan to shape and teach this important skill by prompting and rewarding small components of each step of this task.

Picky Eating
Food selectivity problems? Does your child refuse to eat all vegetables? We can teach you some helpful tricks and tips that may assist in creating more variety in your child's diet and ideas in how to reinforce "trying" new foods.
